I was well looked after in a very difficult chapter of my life. The staff treated me with great kindness and respect, I felt well supported and involved in my care. I also felt I was listened to.

I felt safe and there were always people to discuss any problems I had. The size makes the cardinal feel very homely.

I missed the pool table, has loved the new aquarium.

My experience of the Cardinal clinic- as both are inpatient and a day patient - has been extremely positive. The staff are professional, caring and very kind. They create a containing environment for people to explore their issues and find better ways of managing in the world. I would recommend it highly.
